Submit subscriber information for NP services to all regional Number Portability Administration Centers (NPACs). TNS's online access allows you to manage portability information, send it to NPACs, and retrieve information about what actions other service providers may have taken that impact your data.

First Sunday of each Month:

• SP Maintenance window: 00:00 CT to 10:00 CT
• NPAC Maintenance window: 00:00 CT to 09:00 CT

All other Sundays during each Month:

• SP Maintenance window: 00:00 CT to 8:00 CT
• NPAC Maintenance window: 00:00 CT to 07:00 CT

During these times, no porting will occur.
Do not send subscriptions through the SOA during the maintenance window.
